We envision a prosperous and vibrant Aurora that fully embraces and supports a reimagined women’s empowerment movement so that women and girls of all ages, races, ethnicities, and income levels feel respected and valued, and are nurtured to achieve their fullest potential

We Believe Foundation started in 2016 by Mr.Rajesh Agarwal, aimed at providing opportunities and work skills to the under privileged women of the society.

We believe that society develops only when women get equal opportunity to establish themselves financially and socially.

Under our foundation we have successfully empowered more than 1500 women and also implemented 5000 Catract Surgeries for the underprivileged.

Skill Development

We provide Vocational Training to women and poor sections of the society, and train them to not only get jobs but also fit in the society ad enhance their image. Three Skill Development Centres in Hyderabad have been st up that offers courses in Beauty & Styling and Sewing & Tailoring. Over the last couple of years more than 1500 women have been provided with jobs after their training.

Orphanage

We believe Foundation has been supporting an orphanage in the city over the past 7years. 120-140 girls and 110-130 boys. Basic amenities such as infrastructure, Medical & Educational Facilities provided. We are in process to build permanent shelter for them that they can call home. We plan to purchase land and construct infrastructure to give the orphans access to a safe place and basic amenities for their better upbringing and their inclusive growth in the society.

Rajesh Agarwal is a Technologist, Entrepreneur, Investor and Philanthropist. Rajesh has stellar experience in Manufacturing, Information Technology, Data Technology, Transportation, Energy and Infrastructure. Rajesh has cofounded and backed innovative companies which are addressing global challenges of sustainable & affordable energy, better infrastructure, convenient transportation and access to world class healthcare. Rajesh grew up in Hyderabad and graduated from Osmania University. Rajesh is an active and engaged member of the global Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), FICCI, FICCI CEO Club, NASSCOM, Hyderabad Software Exporters Association, FAPCII and All India Steel Rerollers Association.

Now wanted to give back to the society Hence started We Belive foundation. He believes the growth of person stands by giving it back to the society
